The following google sheets contains a subsection of the full, preliminary data set for the viewer to explore. We aim to provide transparency in the data collection and enrichment process would enhance the overall quality and insights derived from the full dataset.
The key purpose of making the subset public to facilitate collaboration and feedback from the research community and those who would find an analysis of AI incidents useful.
